To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mindler project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Mindler project is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
